Creme de Menthe
Ingredients
Sugar8 cups
Water6 cups
Grain alcohol1 pint
Peppermint extract1 oz pure
Food coloring1 tblsp green
Method
Bring sugar and water to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Cool. Add the remaining ingredients and stir. Cover and let ripen for 1 month.
